Refund policy
Replacement of goods can be performed only if the received goods are damaged or defective. Contact us within: 7 days from the date of delivery
Send items back within: 14 days from delivery We do not accept cancellations of the ordered product, but please contact us if you have any problems with the order.
The following items cannot be returned or replaced Due to nature of these items, unless damaged or defective arrive, we cannot accept a refund for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (such as food or flowers)
- Intimate things (for health / hygiene reasons)
Terms of return The buyer is obliged to return the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery . The product must be free of physical damage and without visible traces of use and neatly packed as delivered to the customer. The customer is solely responsible for any impairment goods resulting from the handling of goods in an inadequate manner. Items on sale & nbsp; (if applicable) Only items at regular prices can be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.
Replace (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an e-mail to contact@zanatula.rs Return Fee If the refund is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the courier company you choose. If the goods received are damaged or defective thanks to us, the consumer is not obliged to bear the fee for the return of goods.
